WANT A FLAT STOMACH?-HERES THE BEST EXERCISE

The best exercise for the stomach is probably not the unaccompanied you're thinking of. It's not the traditional sit-up or ab crunch. It's not even ab related.

All you need are your two feet since the exercise that I'm talking about is none other than walking or jogging.

2) Perform one shot minute of moderate exercise (i.e. the casual jog or sprightly walk).

3) Repeat this process 10 times.

4) Cool down for 3-5 minutes
